- Home & Garden Candle Company will not be held responsible or liable for the goods once posted.
- Home & Garden Candle Company has no control and will not be held liable for the length of time goods take to be received when posted or if postage goes missing.
- Home & Garden Candle Company will not be held responsible or liable for the condition the goods arrive. Every care and consideration will be taken to ensure that goods are packaged appropriately but when in carriage by the courier any damage queries should be
directed to the specific courier.
- Postage prices are set by our couriers exclusively and not by Home & Garden Candle Company and will be calculated upon checkout to final price.
- When goods are purchased by the buyer, Home & Garden Candle Company will endeavour to post within three working days of the order and an email with the tracking reference will be provided to the email address the buyer has provided. (Subject to delays out of Home & Garden Candle Company control)
- The buyer will have full responsibility for providing the correct delivery address and
details. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, Home & Garden Candle Company will strive to solve this issue but the buyer needs to make Home & Garden Candle Company aware as soon as  the purchase has taken place.
- Postage times and prices may vary dependent upon the country that delivery has been inputted.
