Directions For Use:

- Fill your bathtub with warm water. The temperature should be comfortable for soaking, typically around 90-100°F (32- 38 °C)

- Pour in about 1/2 to 2 cups of bath salts, depending on your preference and the size of your tub. 

- Allow the bath salts to dissolve in the running water. You can use your hand to swirl the water, helping the salts dissolve more quickly.

- Get in the tub and soak for at least 10-20 minutes. This duration allows your body to absorb the minerals and enjoy the aromatherapy benefits.

- After soaking, rinse off with fresh water to remove any residual salts from your skin. This is especially important if your skin feels dry.

- If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
